WHAT HAPPENS IN OUR SESSIONS?
These are all bespoke, set up to meet your needs so it’s always a bit different.
That said – I start off setting an intention and a safe and sacred space for us, I call in your guides and mine, there is usually a message and a blessing for you, and then we take it from there.
It’s relaxed, fun (and frequently funny – I have a pronounced sense of humor).
It’s more love than you’ve probably ever experienced – a visceral joy you will definitely feel.
For the longer programs, we start off with an hour session to discuss your goals and come up with a program to address these. You will have homework from each meeting (either by phone or by Zoom) and weekly email discussions as well).
What's the difference between a single session and a program?
In a single session we have time for 1-2 questions.
In the longer programs, we focus on a goal and you have ongoing support from your soul and guides throughout the program. Plus, you get my experience as a project manager and spiritual mentor, and I hold you in a container of energetic support for the entire time we’re working together.
The single session is for a quick answer to a specific question. The programs are for targeted focus on a goal.
Why do I apply for the programs?
The private programs are a commitment from both of us. I want to make sure we’re a good fit, so there’s a brief form to fill out before you can schedule a discovery call with me. This makes sure we both feel good before we dive in.
HOW DO I GET READY FOR A SESSION?
Having a written list of questions is helpful, but we’ll start the session with a blessing and message from your guides and go from there so questions aren’t required.
For a 30-minute session, you’ll have time for a couple of questions.
what should i ask?
Your soul guides this work and I’m the transmitter for that wisdom.
It’s powerful energy flowing to you and is best used to ask questions about your purpose, next steps on your path, how to release blocks, how to love and accept yourself.
For a single session it’s straightforward: there’s time for just 1 or 2 questions.
For the longer programs, we will spend the first session talking about your goals, get some guidance, and set out a schedule and program to help you succeed. I will answer questions and shifts in approach as we progress through each month of the program.

Call in details are available on the scheduling page, and you’ll get a reminder email.
Please leave some free time after your session as you might want some time to rest or take a walk and think.
I record the calls and send a download link within 24 hours (usually sooner).
Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance or the cancellation fee = the cost of the session.
